Common App is the most common platform, where you can apply for multiple schools with one application. It has over 900 schools, so it’s most likely that your school is on the platform. You can check their list for your schools.

Questbridge is a platform for high achieving low-income students that would normally not apply to prestigious schools due to financial issues. It doubles as a college application and a scholarship.

Some schools are not on Common App, such as MIT, and instead have their own applications portals, often on their website so be sure to check for that.
