Viola Chakenya: Founder
Hi, my name is Viola. I am a wife and a mother of 4 beautiful kids. I immigrated as a refugee from South Africa but, I am originally from a tiny land-locked country called Burundi. I speak 5 languages and have been privileged to work as an interpreter under an organization that aids refugees when they first arrive. My passion for women and girls stems from this background of seeing women often neglected and under-prepared to combat challenging problems in the real world. I am determined to equip women to not only survive these challenging times but to thrive and become world-changers.

Believe Chakenya: Co-Founder
Hi, my name is Believe. I immigrated here from South Africa. The first years were definitely a struggle in acclimating to the American culture with very little knowledge of the English language. However, I persevered and was able to learn English and not only that but learn to love it. I am now an author of 3 books at 17, (2022) just a decade after I landed on American soil. My passion is to encourage young girls, that they can accomplish whatever they set their hearts to accomplish. I am dedicated to walking with these young women as they embark on their journey to fulfilling their dreams.
